It has been a bit of a struggle this year. The Fall Colors are rather unpredictable. You can see trees that are in full color, those that the leaves have just turned brown and shriveled up, those that are still green, and those that just don't know what to do. The drought has affected our trees a great deal. They are really unsure what to do and so Fall came early in a lot of places and just passed by others. But, as they say, the journey is more important and that was the case. Being able to be with Robin and see the sights we saw together was more important than anything. So we did the best with what we had and God blessed us, kept us safe, and allowed us to enjoy His diverse beauty. From a beautiful sunrise at Mono Lake and its Tufas, to the Fall Colors in the Mountains above Bishop, to the barren but beautiful hillsides near Bishop. Here are some of our favorites.
