What a blessing.  We had an absolutely wonderful day with one of my dearest friends and his beautiful family.  We are astounded at how blessed we are that God has put us in this place in our lives.  The fellowship was great and we were able to see the Governor's Mansion for the first time.  It was clear how much love there is in the Mester family.  Malachi was a trooper to the end, but as you can see we had to discipline Jeremy at one point (hehehehe).  May God continue to bless you and your family.  Thank you Jeremy, Molly, and Malachi.

California Fall Colors

So, here I am looking back at Fall 2011.  God has blessed me with wonderful Fall colors and scenery from Bishop, to Green Creek Settlement near Bodie, to Carson River Valley sort of near Lake Tahoe, to Plumas County including Quincy and Buck's Lake, to Yosemite, and finally close to home in Sacramento.  Just look what we have in our area!! All these photos are within 6 hours from our doorsteps, sometimes close, sometimes far away.  I see our God everywhere.  It is my prayer that when you look at our photos you also see Him.  I am so fortunate to have a loving wife that allows me to head out to parts unkonwn many times and without hesitation and a friend that loves photography as I do and doesn't mind traveling great distances with an elder in tow (hehehhe, you know those young people....well they are just great and I enjoy them very much.  Love you Brother Jeremy!).   I hope you enjoy my Fall Journey for 2011.  I am going to take one more trip to the Vineyards of Napa and Sonoma this week so there may be a tiny bit more to share with you.  Thank you so much for stopping by and please let me know what you think.  Thank you Jesus and God bless you!!
